Pencil It is simple, clean look and user friendly IOS application that allows you to manage your and your household’s activities.
HOW?
By creating your own account and then adding users of which you are managing, assigning activities to these users with the number of classes/sessions for each and the expiration date if applicable. Once done you schedule the activities in the calendar choosing the activity, month and date and time and then automatically will show in the upcoming week screen with little photo circles of the users in the different day and time slots.
Once the activity approaches a reminder pops up and then the user can either check-in which means they are attending the class and thus the count goes down, or reschedules to another date so they don’t lose their session or cancel the activity meaning they will miss the class and then one count is ticked off.
Main user can add and delete as many household users they manage with several activities assigned to them. They can also share more than on activity together and schedule it at the same time.
The upcoming week provides a clear view, very modern and attractive of everyone’s week and activities including the date and time for better management and organization.
